Royal Vente is a business of Nishchal Gaba, an individual. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Royal Vente, and “you” means anyone using this website.
Where things stand
We are applying for RERA registration as a real estate agent, in Haryana first and then Delhi. We are not yet registered. Until registration is granted:
- we don't list, name, advertise or promote any project or developer;
- we don't take bookings, tokens or payments of any kind;
- nothing on this website or in our messages is an offer or an advertisement for any project.
Once registration is granted, we'll show our RERA registration numbers on this website. See our RERA status.
What this website is for
It tells you about the service we plan to offer, and lets you register early interest so we can contact you, on the channels you choose, once we open. Our privacy notice explains how we use your details.
Our AI assistant
Our AI assistant runs on Dhanur AI. It always says it's an AI. It tries to be accurate but can make mistakes, and it doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice. Before you rely on anything important, check it with our human advisor, the developer's documents and the RERA website. You can ask for a person at any time.
Project files
Once we open, each project we show will have a file of facts from official public records, as on the dates shown. A file isn't legal advice or a title opinion, and it doesn't say whether a project is a good buy. We never call a project “safe”, “verified” or “approved”. Records can change after we read them, so check the dates, and ask a lawyer before you pay anything. See how we check.
What we don't promise
We don't promise prices, availability, possession dates, returns, price rises or loan approvals. Those depend on developers, lenders, the market and the law, not on us. See also our disclaimers.
Fees
We don't charge you for registering interest. On a new project the developer pays us and you pay no brokerage. For a resale home we charge a fee, stated in writing before any viewing. Our how we're paid page has the details.
Your part
- Give true details, and only your own phone number and email.
- Don't misuse the website, the form or the chat, for example by sending spam or trying to break them.
- Don't copy this website's content to pass it off as your own.
Liability
We provide this website as it is, for information. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law, including consumer protection law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi will deal with any dispute, without affecting any right you have to go to a consumer commission.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the version and date above when we do.
