No projects before registration
We're applying for RERA registration as a real estate agent, in Haryana first and then Delhi. Until it's granted, we don't list, name, advertise or promote any project or developer, and we don't take bookings, tokens or payments. Our assistant is an AI
Royal Vente's AI assistant runs on Dhanur AI. It always says it's an AI, it can make mistakes, and it doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice. Check anything important with our human advisor, the developer's documents and the RERA website. You can ask for a person at any time.

No price or return predictions
We don't predict prices, returns, rents or price rises, and we don't promise availability, possession dates or loan approvals. Those depend on developers, lenders, the market and the law, not on us.

Records change
Public records can change after we read them, and government websites can be wrong or out of date. Every fact we publish carries the date we read it; check that date, and tell us if you find a mistake.
