- The same times apply: we acknowledge within 24 hours and reply in full within 3 working days. Once an error is confirmed, we correct it and note the change.
An automatic acknowledgement with a reference goes out as soon as your email reaches us. If it can't be sent, a person acknowledges within 24 hours.
How to write to us
What helps us act quickly

Say whether it's a complaint, a privacy request, or a mistake to correct.

For a mistake, give the page or file, the exact words, and what you think is right. A link to the official record helps most.

For a privacy request, say which right you're using: to know, correct, erase, withdraw consent or nominate. We may need to check it's really you.

Don't send Aadhaar, PAN or bank details. We don't need them.
If you're not satisfied with our reply to a privacy grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Our privacy notice explains your rights.

For developers, once we show projects
The developer of every project we show sees its file first and can send corrections with documents. We show any reply next to the fact, not instead of it.
Change log
Shorter response times: we acknowledge within 24 hours and reply in full within 3 working days. Our address is now [email protected], and every email to it gets an automatic acknowledgement with a reference. Privacy notice updated to version 2026-10-13: it now says how the website chat asks which channels we may use. The terms carry the same version and have not changed.
