How we're paid
Who pays us, said plainly
You should know before you trust what we say.

You pay no brokerage
- The developer pays us a commission, usually some months after booking.
- You pay the developer's price. We add nothing to it.
- That could tempt us to push what pays most, so we check every project and show you the file.
Resale homes in Delhi
Our fee, in writing, first
- There's no developer to pay us. In Delhi it's common practice, not a published rate, for buyer and seller to each pay the agent.
- You get our fee, when it's due and what it covers, in writing, before any viewing.
- If we act for both sides, we tell both of you.

Never
What we never take
- Cashback or a share of our commission. Developers' rules usually forbid it, and it hides the real price.
- Payment from a developer to show its project higher up or more often.
- Money for your data. We never sell it.
- Any part in a deal with an unrecorded payment.
Home loans
If a lender ever pays us a referral fee, we'll tell you in writing first. The loan decision is always the lender's.
