What we can and can't do

Under the RERA Act, a real estate agent must be registered before helping anyone buy or sell a home in a registered project.

We can

  • Publish how we check, and our guides to the official records.
  • Take early-interest registrations, on the channels you choose.
  • Answer general questions about buying, through our AI assistant, which says it's an AI.
  • Build and test the AI team that will read the records.

We can't

  • Name, list, show or promote any project or developer.
  • Arrange site visits, or discuss a specific project.
  • Take bookings, tokens or payments of any kind.
  • Call ourselves RERA-registered.

Is this agent allowed to sell to you?

HARERA publishes its list of registered agents for Gurugram. It's open to anyone, with no login.

    Open HARERA Gurugram's Registered Agents list on haryanarera.gov.in.

  2. 2

    Search the page for the agent's name or registration certificate number. Your browser's find (Ctrl+F) works.

  3. 3

    Check the Certificate Expiry Date. An agent's registration is valid for five years and must be renewed.

  4. 4

    Open the certificate to see the name, the category and the dates on it.

  5. 5

    Ask for the number. A registered agent must quote it in every sale they help with, and must not help sell a project that isn't registered.
