A business of Nishchal Gaba
Royal Vente is a business of Nishchal Gaba, an individual. Nishchal is its founder, and also builds Dhanur AI, a platform for AI employees.
He is applying for RERA registration as a real estate agent in his own name, in Haryana first and then Delhi. Until it's granted, we don't list, name or promote any project or developer.
As we continue to build our team, he is the person you'll meet for site visits and closing.

Nishchal's background
Nishchal Gaba is the founder of Royal Vente. He started Dhanur AI in October 2024. It builds AI employees for Indian businesses, and Royal Vente runs on them.
His background is in AI and software, so Royal Vente is built on official records and written checks, not on a broker's word.
He studied artificial intelligence at the University of Edinburgh, and since 2017 has led engineering as CTO or technical lead at technology companies in India, Singapore and the United States.

Why I started Royal Vente
I started Royal Vente with one rule: we check every project before we show it to you.
The records behind a new project in Gurugram are public, but scattered across several government websites. Several sit behind captchas or scanned PDFs.
So every project we show will come with a file, and each fact in it has its source and the date we read it.
