What differs for Delhi homes
Often outside RERA, so we check other papers
Many resale homes and builder floors in Delhi don't need RERA registration. We never call them RERA-registered. We see the chain of title, the sanctioned plan, the completion or occupancy certificate and the dues, and share that file only with you and your lawyer.
How we're paid
In writing, first
New project: the developer pays us. Resale home in Delhi: our fee, in writing, before any viewing. If we act for both sides, we tell both.
